• Submission of information does not create an attorney-client relationship with us

IMPORTANT: Using our service does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and AI Robot Attorney. We are not your lawyers. Any attorney-client relationship that may form will be directly between you and the attorney(s) you choose to hire.

Until you enter into a written agreement with an attorney, no attorney-client relationship exists, and you should not provide confidential information beyond what is necessary for case evaluation.

The information provided on our website, including articles and resources, is for general informational purposes only and does NOT constitute legal advice. Legal advice can only be provided by a licensed attorney who has reviewed the specific facts of your case.

• Do not endorse or recommend any specific attorney
• Are not responsible for attorney conduct or case outcomes
• Do not control attorney fees or billing practices

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence when selecting an attorney.

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding:

• Whether you will be matched with an attorney
• How many attorneys will contact you
• Whether any attorney will agree to represent you
• The outcome of any legal matter
• The quality of legal services provided by network attorneys

Our matching service is free for consumers. You will not be charged any fees by AI Robot Attorney for submitting your case information or being matched with attorneys.

However, if you choose to hire an attorney, you will be responsible for that attorney's fees and costs as agreed upon between you and the attorney. Fee arrangements are between you and your chosen attorney only.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of attorneys in our network or for the outcome of any legal matter.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Robot Attorney and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
